Phenol Aldehyde Foamed

These Phenol Aldehyde Foamed is a new type of hard noncombustible and low-smoke heat preservation material made of phenol and formaldehyde mostly, froth synthesize by colophony, with low heat-quotiety, light weight, no burning, no smoke, innocuity, low water absorption,etc. it is a replacer of glass wool and mineral wool, much more advantage in air-coditioning petrochemistry and heat preservation area.
Like polyurethane compound blast pipe sheets, the sandwich layer of the product is phenolic aldehyde foams, which are integrated with the outer embossed aluminum foil. Compared with its counterparts, this product stands out in its excellent flame-retarding performance. All its indexes meet the requirements for noncombustible materials, including a temperature range of i 50i 150a and a fire retardancy of grade A, which meet the State fire prevention standard for high rise buildings.
Scope of Application:
The product is suitable for various center air-conditioning system, with grade-A flame retardancy, especially for fireproofing sites , e.g. warehouses of flammables, chemical plant, electron plant, civil air defence works, high-rise building, large marketplaces and hotels and other fire prevention and heat insulation facilities.
