PET bottle filling machines are used for filling PET bottles from various capacities ranging from 0.33 lites to 20.0 liters. Our range of pet stretch blow machine consists of sturdy mild steel structure duly painted/powder coated fitted with hydro-pneumatic power die locking with position sensing & cushioning system, twin cavity, LP-HP dual blowing system backed with high pressure air accumulator designed for minimum pressure drop. ISO certified re pneumatic components are being used for the purpose. The infrared heating system use three modules of infrared shortwave length lamps. Inbuilt with perform neck cooling and separate perform rotation system it helps in uniform heating. This entire system is synchronized with high quality micro processor controller with thirty setting memory facility.
