We offer unique Permanent Magnetic Plates for safeguarding process equipments by removing Tramp Iron and Iron from Abrasion, which are generated during the process itself. The permanent magnetic plates remove tramps from process streams. These are generally fixed above a chute, at the discharge end of a feeder, or over the conveyor belt The Tramp Iron is trapped on the magnet face and the non a magnetic material continues down the process stream. We offer two types of magnetic plates, as follows:

STANDARD TYPE MAGNETIC PLATES: These are standard plates ideal for ferrous extraction from a distance of 25 a 40 MM. We offer then in standard dimensions and can also meet special orders.

HEAVY DUTY TYPE MAGNETIC PLATES: We offer heavy duty magnetic pates designed to give deeper magnetic fields & higher magnetic gradients. These are ideal for extraction from a distance of 75 mm a 250 mm depending on the thickness of the magnetic plate. The most suitable location for a Heavy Duty Magnetic plate is at an angle over the conveyor discharge end, because the tramp iron is moving into the face of the magnet and the load is breaking open, thus permitting easier tramp iron removal.
