Perforated Panel

We are supplier, trader, and importer of high quality Unitile Solid Fill Standard Panel, which is non-combustible and resistance welded to a perfectly formed steel bottom sheet and then filled with lightweight cement blends. It has been resistant welded as many as 146 locations to ensure the structural performance of the USF Panels. Moreover, the panel is coated with electrostatic epoxy paint for better finish. Herein, top view of the panel is smooth plane surface whereas from inside it contains hemisphere blocks that enhance structural strength. This understructure is hot dipped galvanized and third party tested by TUV PSB Singapore.



Standard Panel is available in the size of 600mm*600mm, however, the entire set of panel is provided in six load performance grades. Our Unitile Solid Panel is Green Certified and LEED Compliant Product that shows its efficacy in walking hand in hand with environment. These Panels are non-combustible and thus suitable for large commercial houses, data centers, and government houses and others. These USF Panels can easily fit any structure and are available in different types of coverings to match the client requirement.
