RAPTORs Cooling system is used for cool the pellet OR hot materials in granular form. During conditioning add heat and moisture and also through Pelleting process heat generates. It is necessary to removes extra heat and moisture from the pellet for safe from fungus. Pellet Cooling System is well designed with the help of atmosphere air to cool the pallet. Cooling System with Aspiration consisting with following,
Cooing Chamber:- Cooling Chamber is fabricated from MS Prime plate, proper fresh air circular path, perforated sheet with Special Designed for cooling effect.
Blower:- Blower is fabricated with MS Prime plate & having suitable designee with dully balanced impeller direct fitted with suitable RPM electrical motor for Aspiration System.
Cyclone:- Cyclone is complete fabricated with straight and bottom conical portion having with bottom flange suitable with Rotary Air Lock Valve from MS Prime plate.
Rotary Air Lock Valve:- Rotary Air Lock Valve is to separate the material and Air. It is fabricated from MS body, proper suitable Rotor on EN-8 Shaft fitting with bearings, fine clearance running & having with proper Stiffeners & Geared Motor.
DUST COLLECTOR:- DC is suitable designee with proper matching of air releasing area. DC is complete fabricated from MS Prime plate in three parts.
