Before starting therapy, patients should inform their doctor about any history of liver, kidney, or heart disease, ongoing infections, fever, or a family history of kidney disorders. This medicine should not be used by individuals who are allergic to Pegfilgrastim, Filgrastim, or any of its components. Patients should seek immediate medical attention if they experience symptoms such as left upper abdominal pain, shoulder pain, or breathing difficulties.
