By increasing WBC levels, Peg Filtero 6mg Injection helps strengthen the body's ability to fight infections during cancer treatment. Before starting therapy, patients should inform their doctor about any history of liver, kidney, or heart disease, ongoing infections, fever, or a family history of kidney disorders. This medicine should not be used by individuals who are allergic to Pegfilgrastim, Filgrastim, or any of its components. Patients should seek immediate medical attention if they experience symptoms such as left upper abdominal pain, shoulder pain, or breathing difficulties. The most commonly reported side effects include bone pain, as well as pain in the arms and legs.
