QT22 is designed keeping in mind the changing PCB technology and the challenges in testing them off-line. It is basically a portable USB based desktop system, is an ultimate Scan Sign equipment that combines the power of Boundary Scan testing standard IEEE 1149.x with V-I Curve tracing. It is designed to interface to the Unit under Test (UUT) manually through simple clips, probes, JTAG cables or can be interfaced to automated robotic prober with multiple head probes to test complex PCBAs, eliminating the need for expensive bed of nail solutions.
