The hightech modern equipment of the leading world companies automatic lines of the Swiss company "BUHLER" with technology "turbothermatic" and the Italian company "PAVAN" provides to produce about 2000 tons per month of Extra Class pasta that meets the requirements of DSTU 7043:2009 from the best raw materials of high quality wheat flour and drinking water without any additives and colouring agent.
The Extra Class Pasta is an ecologically clean, nutritious product that has amber yellow colour, glossy surface, retains its shape during cooking and does not stick.
Nutritional value per 100 g product: Fat 1.1 g, protein 10.4 g, carbohydrates 69.7 g, vitamins B1, B2, PP, Energy value 337 kcal, contains essential amino acids.
The packaging equipment allows to pack up the pasta in the packs of cardboard and in the bright packages of polymer materials weighing 0,4 kg., 0.45 kg., 0,5 kg., 0,6 kg., 0,7 kg., 0,9 kg., 1,0 kg as well as in paper bags 10, 15, 20, 25 kg. The company has established a certified quality and food safety management system that meets the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2009 and DSTU ISO 22000:2007 concerning the pasta production.
