Paraffin Gauze Machine

The machine is suitable for packaging 2", 3", 4", or other sized gauze pad (by changing moulds). The PLC is used to control the whole system. There are two servo-motors and three step motors for the driving system. One frequency converter is used for manipulating six functional sub-systems to complete the operations of paraffin (vaseline) coating, film (upper and lower) combination, cut-off, packing material dragging, platen heat sealing, second cut-off, output quantity counting and final products ejection. All of these processes are completed on one line for high production efficiency and reliable packaging effect.

The coating method utilizes immersion style which is even and regular. The impregnating quantity is controlled by the roller pressurei pressing width and paraffin temperature.
Combination of up and lower film is precise to prevent the leakage or loss of Vaseline from the gauze pad surface.
By using the rotary platen sealing dies and cut-off system, the packing material is continuously moving forward during working. The work efficiency is higher. Servomotor is for driving the heat sealing system to ensure the reliable and even sealing.
