Paracetamol Injection is a sterile injectable preparation containing Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic agent. It acts primarily through inhibition of central prostaglandin synthesis, helping to reduce pain and fever. Paracetamol provides effective symptomatic relief without significant anti-inflammatory activity.

Paracetamol Injection is used for the short-term treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever when oral administration is not appropriate or when rapid onset of action is required.
