Seed Drying Unit for seeds like Wheat, Paddy, Pulses, cereals etc. under controlled condition of temperature in a suitable size, material and chamber. Machines should consist of circulation arrangement like screw conveyor or any suitable mechanism, tempering section, drying section, secondary Air (damper), bucket elevator and moisture/temperature indicators. Standard Equipment & Function: Single grain Moisture Meter Outside Temperature & Humidity Sensor. Rotation sensor for rotary valve & bottom screw. Normal- Reverse rotation of rotary valve auto adjustment of air discharge fan rotation.
Material Condition Impurity of material paddy: Less than 1 % Immature of material paddy: Less than 2% Cracked grains of material: Less than 3%
Moisture content of intake produces (max.): 26% (wet Basis)
Finish moisture content: 12.0% a Moisture
Drying Time: 22 Hours per batch
% cracked grains: Less than 5 %
The unit should have automatic control system for heat temperature control
Unloading of seed: Either through bin base or from top by built-in Elevator
All electronics and electronic used shall be of Schneider/ABB/Siemens.
Electric Control Panel: Built-in electric control panel shall display hot air temp. & set top along with emergency stop, display of motor & heater indicators.
Complete in all respect for intake of drying and output.
