Paddy De Husker ( Head )
RTI Paddy Huskers are used for efficiently removing husk from paddy with better efficiency. The pair of rubber rolls rotates with differential speed in opposite direction. High automation. Automatically unengaged with out foodstuff, while with foodstuff, rubber rolls engage automatically. Feed gate and pressure between rubber rolls are controlled through pneumatic components. High husking yield, high output. Husking yield maximum up to over 92%. Steady running pressure between rubber rolls can be adjusted directly by pressure value, while material flow and air volume by adjustable handle.
