Eagle Thermo Packaging is a Noida-based manufacturer of custom thermoformed and vacuum-formed plastic packaging, in continuous operation since 1999. Our in-house toolroom, controlled-environment forming room, and batch-traceability systems support a monthly capacity of approximately 10 lakh pieces across A-PET, rPET, PVC, and HIPS materials. We manufacture custom vacuum-formed trays, blisters and face seals, hinged and slide clamshells, insert trays and liners, and component/dunnage trays a along with PVC cylinders, acetate and cake boxes, and our branded BinWin range of clear PVC bulk display bins for retail and POP merchandising. Our facility has been audited and approved by IKEA, Pigeon, Healthium, Auxein and Minda Corp, and we count Sony, Vistara, DS Group, O3+, Sage, Egelhof and Goodword among our clients. We serve the electronics, pharma & medical device, cosmetics & personal care, baby care, food & confectionery, and automotive industries. Over 50% of our current product mix uses recycled material, and we are recognised among India's Top 5000 MSMEs.
