We are offering our customers a wide range of Over Crank Shearing Machine. The frame is fabricated from steel plates of Is 226 Grade. The frame is designed to take heavy loads. The interlocked design put the direct support to frame. Thus frame is strain free and eliminates welds at load supports. Thus the Accuracy of the Machine is never disturbed.
TABLE bottom :
Steel fabricated, box type table is heavily ribbed for strength, and is stress relieved. Its machined seat provides true and firm support to the blade. It is adjustable for setting the4 blade clearance. The top surface to of the table is provided with T-slots for Adjusting the front gauge.

LOWER BEAM :
Is fabricated with thine M.S. plate. It is Heavily ribbed from behind is stress relieved. The top blade is fitted at its accurately machined seat. Its sliding surface are machined & hand scrapped for smooth travel and sustained accuracy and heavy duty springs are provided to counterbalance to upper beam.

GUIDEWAYS :
Accurately machined guide ways keep the upper beam in its bearing throughout the stroke. A taper wedge is provided to compensate for the wear and to facilitate quick setting of the blade clearance.
