Properties:
ER, is a fluorescent whitening agent, also called whitening agent for polyester, is one of the bisdiphenylethylene compounds and similar to Blankophor ER made in Bayer A.G., Germany. ER has an appearance of yellowish green powder crystal with a purity equal to or higher than 99% and a melting point of 229 to 231A C.It is non-toxic, odorless, non-ionic and soluble in most of organic solvents. Product Whitened by ER has a natural pure white appearance. Being stable in chemical properties and characterized by strong high-temperature resistance and photostability, ER is one of the most ideal whitening agents generally accepted internationally for polyester fiber
Uses:
Fluorescent Whitening Agent ER in the form of refined powder is very suitable for whitening and brightening polyester fiber and has good whitening effect on plastics such as PE,PP and PVC and their process of shaping with polyester chips or recovered polyester chips. In addition, the refined powder is widely used in coating.
