The Open Die Forging Press With Two Columns are built for small and medium press capacities.
Two-column presses offer better visibility of the forging area.
The two-column design makes them easy to ensure the equal and uniform distribution of load between two columns. The rectangular column sections are advantageous in withstanding eccentric load. The presses' two columns are arranged so as to ensure the optimum angle relative to the manipulator and operator position.
One press with two columns can be integrated with one forging manipulator or synchronously two forging manipulators in linkage for realizing highest working efficiency.
