We are "Jal Automation & Systems" manufacturing, exporting and supplying our customers a wide range of Online Meter Mix Dispensing Machine in Bhosari, Maharashtra, India. Ratio capability over a 1:1 to 10:10 range; ability to interchange dispense cylinders to change ratios; Volumetric capacity of up 05gms. to 70 gms. per cycle (ratio dependent); built in outputs to allow automatic actuation of any type of external dispense valve, static mixing of the two component materials (electrical driven dynamic mixing available); foot switch or external cycle initiation; and an adjustable, multi position volume control assembly that allows 4 different operator set dispense volumes to be set and selected. This volume control includes a fifth, factory set position which allows the maximum volume the system is capable of dispensing to be dispensed each time ita s actuated. This feature allows rapid priming of the system. The standard system can handle any unfilled or filled two part material over a water-like to paste-like range. Material reservoirs (which are ordered separately) range from a few ounce capacities to over 55 gallons depending on your aDispensingpplication. Services required to operate this machine are 415 VAC (all internal voltages a 24vdc) and 5 -7 kg/cm2 air. The machine meets all applicable CE standards.
