The applications include boats, pizza boxes, pallets, road barriers and other applications where thermal insulation and rigidity is desired in the rotomoulded product.
The material provided is a mix of powdered and granular component. The powdered component provides the outer structure and the granular component fills the outer hollow structure with PE foam .
The expansion ration of the foam pellets is in between 6 to 15 times.
