On-line Concentration (Density) Meter

Our provided On-line Concentration (Density) Meter is used for the on-line detection of material density, concentration in the industry process, and it is adaptable in metallurgy, mine, paper making, chemical industry and food industries.
Principle:

Determines material density according to the absorption principle of material to I ray, and then calculates the concentration of liquid material and the proportion of two components by density.
Product characteristics:

. Non-contact measurement method, the detector is located outside industrial pipelines and equipments, free from the impact of the harsh conditions of material viscidity, corrosion, high temperature, high pressure and abrasion. The operation provides long-term stability and durability;

. The measurement results in less interference. The velocity and temperature of the material have no effect on measurement of concentration or density;

. A scintillation detector with high sensitivity and efficiency greatly decreases the radioactive source's strength, which guarantees radiation safety;

. The new automatic stabilizing peak technique can compensate for instrument drift caused by factors of temperature variation or component aging. The long-term stability and repeatability of ray counting rate are better than 0.1%;

. It adopts the constant amplitude pulse counting rate transmission mode with amplitudes up to 15 volts, with high anti-jamming performance, and a transmission distance up to 1000m.
