Oil Flow Monitors

Our provided Oil Flow Monitors are compact, rugged & reliable and are specially developed to precisely control & monitor the oil flow to the paper machine bearings. These are specifically designed to measure the flow of viscous fluids and work on the variable area principle.

The oil flows from bottom to top lifting the metal float in a transparent tube to a point dependent upon the flow rate, until the upward & downward forces are counter balanced. The point where the float stabilizes is the oil flow, which can be read on the scale directly. The amount of oil flow is adjustable by means of a valve integral to its housing. We offer these Oil Flow Monitors in the range of 0.1 to 1.1 LPM & from 0.3 to 3 LPM. These are available in 2 or 4 outlet varieties. All the Oil Flow Monitors are calibrated prior to shipment.
