SELF CLEANING OVERBAND MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
. The Over band magnetic separators uses a two pulley design. Over band Magnetic Separators were designed for separation of ferrous metal from a variety of over-the-belt conveyor applications. It needs to be removed for protection of subsequent processing machinery.
OPARATION:
Material on the conveyor passes underneath the over band magnetic separator. Ferrous metal is attracted to surface allowing the a cleaneda product to continue along the conveyor. The over band magnetic separator which wipes its surface clean of the ferrous metal attracted to it and then discharge to collecting box.
