Dosage and Administration
Adult Dose: 250, 500mg given IV over 40 to 60 minutes every 6 hours.
It is recommended that the maximum total daily dosage should not exceed 50mg/ kg/ day or 4.0g/day.

Paediatric Dose
- Children > 40kg: Normal adult dose.
