A.Resin grinding and deburring: With excellent grinding result for plugging resin, used together with the ceramic brush and abrasive band, cutting and profiling grinding and polishing will be finished simultaneously.
A.Grinding evenness: The brush wheel hardness is adjustable, which could compensate the uneven of plate thickness and concave-convex plate, greatly improve the grinding route and copper thickness evenness.

SFD Elastic foaming brush wheel, which adopts fiber materials which are similar with the high efficiency grinding brush; by adding special foaming resin, which enables SFD brush keeps original cutting and profiling force and meanwhile effectively reduces grinding hole block and grinding slug falling; the probability of hole blocking is only 5% of the ordinary non-woven brush. For the foaming resin product, the more elastic, the foaming air volume is less during fabrication. When the density of the foaming products is less than 0.6, the pressure on the grinding surface is too weak, and the accurate grinding force will be reduced; when the density is greater than 1.5, the softness on the grinding surface cannot be satisfied, it is very difficult for accurate grinding, so only rough grinding could be achieved.

The grinding surface is more even, the brush wheel is more cohesive, the grinding slug is in powder, which solves the problem of brush wheel block the hole and slug falling, and protect the plate hole as well. Mainly used for: Grinding for removing resin and ink , grinding for removing copper particles, grinding before outer layer dry film pre-grinding, anti-welding pre-grinding.
