We wish to introduce, that we are one of the Small Scale Industries registered with the Directorate of Industries, Government of TamilNadu, manufacturing Non-Ionic Dispersion Agent for Textiles, Leather, Paper, Paint, Rubber and have specialty products of Nonionic, Anionic and Cat-ionic bases. SUMISOFT PW 100 is a non-ionic dispersion type and best fitted for after Waxing of Synthetic or Mixture of Warps both filaments and spun. SUMISOFT PW 100 is also best fitted as an Over Waxing Agent that has the deepest credence among the weaver of Cotton as well as Polyester. TECHNICAL PROPERTIES : Appearance : White Flake/Cake. Emulsion Stability : Excellent. pH : Neutral. Effective Content : 100% CHARACTERISTICS: SUMISOFT PW 100 gives the yarn a Superior lubricity, pliability & plasticity as it contains high molecular weight substance of excellent plasticity. As a result, the resistance of the warp against abrasion and binding are greatly increased. SUMISOFT PW 100 can be dissolved by hot water (60o - 80oC) with 1/3 times of its weight of product. Further dilution may be done with any desired concentration. Diluted product is milky white Emulsion and stable under the normal storage conditions. The amount of water can be widely varied as may be required. All dilutions could be made with soft water for a better result.
