GUJCHEM WE is a self-emulsifying cream base.
this almost odorless, white, flakes is suited for the preparation of
creams and ointments as well as of liquid emulsions of the oil - in
water type, owing to the non-ionic and very skin compatible
emulsifier amount such DECYL OLEATE, CETEARYL ISONONANOTE type
product, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE, OCTYL DODECANOL, ISPOPROPYLE
MYRISTATE and ISOPROPYL PALMITATE as super fatting agent.

Depending on the purpose of Application, the
doses varies according to the other components of the formulation.
Normally, 8-10% of the product are needed to obtain creamy
structures.

GUJCHEM WE is melted as approx. 70-80C
with, e.g. DECYL OLEATE, CETEARYL ISONONANOATE, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC
TRIGLYCERIDE, OCTYL DODECANOL or other vegetable, animal and mineral
oils. The necessary water phase, which has the same temperature is
added to the fat phase by stirring. The emulsion is stirred until it
gets cold- the perfume oil is added at temperature below 40C
- and, if necessary, the emulsion is homogenized by machine.
