The Nitrogen Generator consists of air compressor systems, compressed air drying purification system, PSA nitrogen and nitrogen purification system. Raw airs are pressurized to 0.8MPa by the air compressor, then the compressed air purification system will remove a lot of oil, water, dust and other impurities into the absorber. Purified and dry air will enter into the bottom of the adsorption through the filter buffer. After the distributora s diffusion airflow will flow into the device that load of carbon molecular for PSA and also the separation of oxygen and nitrogen. Nitrogen was enriched in the gas phase and then come out as the products. After this procedure, it will re-enter into the nitrogen buffer tank and pressure regulating valve then output through flowmeter. At last, the exhaust gas will discharge in the muffler end.
