Features of NBR Powder:
The medium viscosity and linear structure of NBR P6300 make it particularly suitable for
highly filled Resin (PVC, ABS etc.) compounds and for injection molding and both thin
and thick sections.

NBR P6300 enhances elasticity, resistance to abrasion-loss, flex fatigue, oil, fuels,
animal fat and various chemicals. It can also help to minimize the loss of liquid
monomeric plasticizers in PVC compounds due to migration, volatility and extraction,
it extends their durability in; Footwear uppers and soling for industrial boots,
compact and micro-cellular soling of leisure shoes.

NBR P6300 is also used much as secondary binder to modify friction materials in combination
with phenolic resins in semi-wet and wet (solvent-based) processes. NBR P6300 powder
helps in processing and reduction of noise & vibrations during the service life of friction
composites such as brake lining and clutch facings.

In addition to, it can used fiber based vulcanized sheeting for gasketing, PVC flooring, modifier for asphalt & coal tar, epoxy resin.
