The System Consists of Three Stages

* Precleaning (Soaking) Chamber
* Ultrasonic chamber
* Vapour Chamber
* Tank Size: 900L x 450B x 450D in mm (clear working area) for all three chambers (Vapur Chamber size will be increased suitalby to keep working area as above.)
* Capacity: 182 Liters.
* MOC: SS 304, 16 gauge with argon arc welding and rounded comers and buffed.
* Ultrasonic Power: 2000 watts (average) for ultrasonic Chamber- using solid-state circuitry with built in fans and other protective circuitry and switches, indicating lamps etc.
* Transducers: PZT type transducers mounted on bottom side of the Ultrasonic Chamber with weld bond technology.
* Frequency: 30+/ -3 KHz
* Heater: 3 x 1.5 KW Heaters for Precleaning and Ultrasonic Chamber & 6x1.5 Kw Heaters for Vapour Chamber with digital Temp. Controllers for pre-cleaning. Ultrasonic and Vapour Chambers.
