This is very versatile machine in sheet metal bending--Combination of 4/5 machines in one, A Brake Press, A Finger Press & Box making machine,can make partial bends in different planes, produces rolled sections, bend sheet at any angle,even produces HEMS. The machine uses huge magnetic force to clamp the work piece between machine bed and a clamp bar. The unique gap adjuster help in producing crisp bends in different sheet thickness, also uniform clamping magnetic force alongside the machine bed eliminates the BOW defect in long bends as observed in mechanical sheet benders. The machine is available in 600 to 3000 mm bending lengths.This machine can bend ferrous & non ferrous sheets upto max.1.60 mm thickness,there are no tool marks making it suitable for pre-painted sheets,even the face Work by Zinc Sheets.You can bend from 0-180 degree monitored by constant reading angle controller,Any throat depth & box of any depth is possible--NO EXTRE DIES & PUNCHES required. This is a Maintenance Free machine,minimum operator fatigue,much lower operational time per accurate bend.Also this is a Modular in construction making it suitable for transporting to site work.Since the machine is very lite,the logistics cost is negligible.
