* Graded Casting : Each part of machine is ground finished. The tables are properly machined, polished & accurately fitted.
* Moulding System : Round moulding system, degree / side cutting system, separate steel angle plate for pataam plate, steel plate fitted on the top plate and great finish are the other highlights.
* Ball Bearings : Each moving part is fitted with high quality ball bearings. Main cutter block is fitted with heavy duty ball bearings.
* Blades : Blades of main cutter are made of special HIGH CARBON HIGH CHROMIUM STEEL.
* Safety Back Stoppers : An additional jack is attached to the gauge plate for locking purpose and a safety system which stops the wood from bouncing back.
* Clutch System with side cutter : With the clutch system, the main roller and side cutter can be driven one at a time. The main roller is also provided with a system for quick blades setting.
