Working Principle: The differences of physical and mechanical properties between seed and other impurities are used in the design of the machine. The following properties are used for realizing seed separating by the machine.
(1) During air separating, different air velocity can be obtained by changing the area of aspiration channel according to the property of weight and aerodynamics to fine and improve seed quality.
(2) The impurities and thin seeds can be separated by specific sieve mesh during screen separating. The screens used in the machine can be classified into screen with round apertures and screen with elongated apertures.
(3) Cylinder separation is carried out according to seed length.
Main Usage: The machine can be used for seed grading and precise separating of wheat, paddy rice, sorghum, beans, flax, rape seed, grass seed and particle fertilizer grading and separating by screen replacement and adjustment for air flow ,in favor of mechanical precision seeding.
