Multimill - Stainless Steel 316, Portable Design On Castor Wheels | Dynamic Balance Rotor, High-speed Blades, Detachable Hopper

Multimill is a stand-alone unit for particle size reduction through impact in air, on material by blades moving at high speeds, inside a cylindrical hopper. The particles of the desired size pass out through the screen placed inside the hopper.

The feed to the machine is through a charging hopper. The beaters mounted on rotor impart impact to the material in air.

a c The particles of desired size are obtained by providing sieve of desired mesh. The rotor is dynamically balanced to provide vibration free operation of the machine. The beaters are provided with knife and impact edges The bottom most slots on the rotor are provided with scraper blades.The drive mechanism Consists of a motor of suitable HP & Step pulley mounted on motor and rotor shafts. V belt provided for drive transmission. The above drive Mechanism is enclosed in a S.S housing. Mechanism with proper bearing housing and stuffing box is provided on the rotor shaft. SS Screen holding plate holds the screen in position. The intermediate hopper is detachable hopper. Complete unit is portable mounted on SS Column platform, provided with castor wheels.
