We manufacture multilayer bottles with inner layer made of EVOH, (This is ethylene and vinyl acetate co polymerization and then hydrolysed this copolymer get ethylene-vinyl ).
EVOH provides high barrier function in moisture proof packing, another importance of EVOH resin is the significant characteristic of its gas barrier function. Its use in the packaging prevent oxygen infiltration thus improve flavour and quality retention degree.
The another variant we offer in multilayer bottle is Black HDPE lining to improve light barrier this makes performance better for light sensitive product storage.
