Multihead Metering Pumps

We design and offer efficient Quadruplex pumps whose output is manually adjustable from 0 to 100% through micrometer which is calibrated. The drive side of the pumps is enclosed and runs on oil bath. These pumps are reliable pumps in which the integral worm reduction is used with eccentric and connecting rod to convert rotary motion into reciprocating motion. The crank can be adjusted by micrometer that changes the eccentricity of crank and consequently the stroke length.

Our Multihead Metering Pumps are available with individual pump heads in various capacities and in different material of construction. The liquid ends of pumps are manufactured from C.I, S.S-304, alloy-20, polypropylene, hastalloy B& C, PTFE and several other qualitative raw materials that make our pumps resistant to various chemicals. These are suitable for continuous process plants where feed volume needs to be adjusted regularly.

Our pumps can feed viscous polymers with accuracy and can be used with advantage for dosing of flocculants, alum, reagents, urea and many more in water and effluent treatment and in process industries. We also offer various accessories like safety relief valves, suction strainers pulsation dampeners and motor. The motors are weather proof, flame proof and explosion proof and offered in TEFC. Our pumps are mounted on common base plate and in ready to be use condition.
