Preparation of Shop Drawings Supply & Installation of (Option of single length if site roll formed) standing seam profile from Bare Zincalume AZ-150 coating class (Total on both side) with minimum profile Overall Width cover width 485mm height 51mm pitch 485mm with stiffening ribs at regular interval in the valley available in any length from 1mtr.-13 mtr. with flutes in the pan of the panel at regular intervals along the length for stiffening perpendicular to main corrugations.
The side laps should be field seamed by portable electrical seamer machine which finally seams the lap from 1800 to 3600 for double locking system to make the system water tight dust proof & keep moisture out.
The sheets to be fixed to the structural members using special clips which allow taking up expansion & contractions & no penetration of roof from the top. Complete as per specifications.
The exposed sheet to be fixed over the G.I. Sub-girt using concealed clip system fabricated out of G.I. sheet.
