This Ready mix putty Joint Compound is a ready-to-use concept for smooth & high quality finishing of rigid surface or base preparation as well as jointing & finishing of joints of building boards used in interior / exterior application. It is in super white color paste form developed with special grade of flexible polymer (electrometric base) & additives to suit Indian tropical climatic as well as site working condition. This can be used for multi purpose applications like surface preparation, base preparation as well as jointing & finishing of high suction building boards (like cement fiber boards, calcium silicate boards etc) as per normal recommended application of jointing & finishing.
This is a film forming compound which does not crack & remain flexible. In addition, this will be long durable, crack free, weather resistant as well as water resistant. Because of its unique elongation property property, this compound also help to resist interaction of joint because of expansion & contraction movement occurred due to normal climatic temperature variation.
It is in ultra white paste form consisting of all natural ingredients & polymers. It,s density is app. 1200 kg/m3. It,s open time is 100 minutes and final hardening time is 160 minutes. It qualifies tape adhesion test & having good workability. After complete drying,
