Operation Principle:-
1. The pump body consists two parts: A oil room full of lubricating oil B pump room of pressurized liquid delivery. And there is no drive device or seal device producing friction in the pump room.
2. Along with the rolling of the pump shaft, ball transfer unit on the eccentric shaft is driven by the gear and pushes four plungers in turn, then the oil pressure in plunger barrel is increased to make diaphragm heave towards pump room. Meanwhile, plunger springs in other plungers push the plunger back, diaphragm is also pulled back towards the oil room.
3. The liquid is absorbed through the Suction Mouth on the end of pump cover and separated into four parts by the rooms formed by valve plate, valve, valve seat and four diaphragms. The capacity of the room is expanded or reduced with the reciprocating movement of the diaphragm, the two valves positively and negatively installed open and close in turn to make the liquid flow to certain direction and then confluent out from the outfall on the pump cover.
