We are providing Multi Feeders And Stacker to our esteemed clients. The cartons/pouches/labels are stacked on the feeding conveyor, the conveyor takes one carton/ lid/ pouch from the stack and slips it into a set of rollers & rolls move it on the printing conveyor. The belt is black polyester belt with black top suitable for inkjet printing, after printing the cartons are collected on a stacking conveyor.
Key Features:
* Printing in both the directions. i.e Width Wise as well as Length Wise Printing
* No weight is required on the stack; Min level mark is on the table
* AC frequency drives for variable speed.
* Separate drives for Printing & Feeder, Set the printing speed and then go for feeder, this saves setting of printing delay
* Accurate Feeding Registration.
* Stacking of cartons on a conveyor, only one worker required for feeding & stacking
