Multani Mitti, also known as Fullers Earth, is a naturally occurring clay thats rich in minerals like magnesium, calcium, quartz, and iron oxides. It's named after the city of Multan (now in Pakistan) where it was first mined.

It has been used for centuries in Ayurveda, Unani medicine, and traditional skincare and hair care practices.
