HEAVILY RIBBED BODY AND PITMAN: The body and pitman are heavily ribbed. This allows the machine to be LIGHT WEIGHT and yet EXTREMELY STRONG.
HEAT TREATED HARDENED ALLOY STEEL SHAFT: The shaft becomes ultra-strong and wear-resistant.
LARGE OVERSIZED BEARINGS: So that the machine is able to handle shock loads, the bearings used are of much higher capacity than required by a similar sized machine.
PERFECT BEARING ALIGNMENT: The housings are bored in the Horizontal Boring Machines so that they are precisely aligned. Lapping is performed upon each housing manually to ensure full contact of the bearing and the housing.
STRESS RELIEVED BODY AND PITMAN: All fabricated parts are ANNEALED in the HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE to remove weld stresses. This process makes the fabrication strong and crack resistant.
