As a cleaning agent, it is extremely efficient in removing various deposits of polyester and epoxy resins, all oils, dust/dirt, waxes, greases, moisture and polyurethane.

Cleaner R-05+ is a combination of high-potency solvents all of which are active and penetrating.

Application fields:
Cleaner R-05+ can be generally used for removing deposits of epoxy, polyester, phenolic resins, wax, grease, oil, dust/dirt, rubber and release agent. Even at room temperature very good results are obtained. However, Cleaner R-05+ is especially suitable for the cleaning of hot moulds because of its high boiling range.

Application :
Cleaner R-05+ should be applied to the mould surface with clean 100 % cotton cloths. While the mould surface is still wet, vigorously wipe the mould dry with a second clean, dry 100 % cotton cloth. Frequently exchange saturated cloths with new, clean cloths. Repeat process several times until all residue is removed. (At least two cleanings are recommended.) The mould is then ready for application of MK 199 Mould Sealer and/or MK 205 Mould Release.
