Monoblock Pumps - Bellows Mechanical Seal Made Of Carbon & Ceramic , Vibration-free A.c. Induction Motor With Thermal Cutout Relay

In order to cater to the increasing demands of our patrons, we are immersed in manufacturing and supplying a quality tested array of Monoblock Pumps for our most chosen clients in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Sealing is by means of a bellows mechanical seal made of carbon & ceramic is fitted over the shaft ,which is ground to close tolerance. These pumps are power-driven by a totally enclosed fan cooled A.C. Induction two pole motor. Motor stator is made of low watt loss silicon steel lamination assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the frame. Dynamically balanced rotor ensures vibration free and noise free operations and increase the life of the bearings and seal. The windings are of high-grade enamelled copper wire and are varnish impregnated. Construction of motor frames and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature rise thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor. A thermal cutout relay (motor protector) is incorporated in single-phase motors. All single-phase pumps require an adequate starter / motor protection control panel.
