Mono Belt

Teknofanghi make belt filter press dewaters the sludge produced in wastewater treatment Plants. This series of belt filter presses are designed on a totally new construction principal covered by patent. Results obtained from existing installations confirm that, as well as producing dryer cake than traditional equipment, using the same width of filter cloth, a higher sludge throughput can also be obtained through our monobelt.

The use of only one cloth in tension together with the unita s unique design allows for rapid and simple maintenance and associated cost reduction. Our monobelt system is composed of two units:

* Pre-thickener.
* Sludge press.
