WoodAge Interiors manufactures modular kitchens at its own factory in DLF, Gurugram. We are the manufacturer, not a reseller or a platform routing your order to third-party workshops. Every component is designed on CNC software, cut on panel saws, profiled on CNC routers, edge-banded on automatic machines, and assembled by our in-house team.

Our kitchen carcasses use BWP plywood certified to IS 710:2019 for all base cabinets. This standard certifies the plywood for boiling water exposure, making it the only reliable panel material for Indian kitchen wet zones where humidity remains high for months during monsoon. We do not use MDF or particle board for base cabinets because both materials absorb moisture through exposed edges and swell within one to two monsoon cycles.
Shutter finishes available include high-pressure laminate from Merino, Greenlam, and Century, acrylic for high-gloss surfaces, PU paint for seamless matte finishes, and natural veneer for wood grain textures. Hardware is sourced from Hettich, Hafele, and Blum. Standard specification includes Hettich Sensys soft-close hinges rated for over 80,000 opening cycles.
Machine manufacturing provides accuracy that site carpentry cannot match. CNC cutting ensures dimensional tolerance within 0.5mm, meaning every cabinet fits flush against the next with no visible gaps. Automatic edge banding applies 2mm PVC tape to all four sides of every panel, including back panels and internal shelf edges. This prevents moisture ingress at the edges, which is the primary cause of ply separation and delamination in Indian conditions.
We build L-shape, U-shape, parallel, island, straight, and peninsula layouts. Standard accessories include soft-close baskets, tandem drawers, masala pull-outs, corner solutions, tall pantry units, and chimney and sink cut-outs. The process involves free site measurement in Gurgaon, 3D design visualization, factory manufacturing for 25 to 30 working days, and installation in 3 to 5 working days.
