Mobile Seed Processing Plant

The unit consist of air screen seed grader model deluxe with dust collector, one Intended Cylinder grader, special gravity separator,one bucket elevator , Complete with electric motors & control panel. Whole unit is mounted on 4 Wheel mobile Trolley to be towed by tractor

The unit is capable of processing all cereals, pulses, oil seeds, spices, forestry seeds, vegetable seeds, fodder crop seeds etc. including wheat, paddy, maize, barley, bajra, gram, soyabean, sunflower, mustard, jute etc.

DIESEL GENERATING SET OF 15 KVA
Kirloskar or any other standard make diesel engine, vertical, air cooled, handle start, complete with Kirloskar/Crompton or any other standard make alternator to generate 15 KVA to be supplied with oil tank etc.

ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL

The electric motors of seed grader and indented cylinder grader are pre-wired and connected to the control panel. The control panel comprises of voltmeter, ammeter, phase indicators, MCB, starters, a change over switch, 2 nos. 15 AMP sockets for operating portable bag closer, fan, lights, small hand drill machine, welding set etc.
