Mobile Scrubber

Corning has introduced a new range of mobile glass scrubbers, which provide the user even greater flexibility. They reduce the need for expensive permanent installations and also reduce the pressure losses resulting from pipeline installations. The mobile scrubbers can be wheeled into place alongside the process plant and simply connected to the process. The mobile scrubbers are available with scrubber columns of DN100 and DN150 diameter.
MOBILE GLASS SCRUBBER
De Dietrich offers the mechanical design, Manufacturing of a pre assembled compact mobile glass scrubber incorporating heat exchanger & circulation pump.
Glass Spherical vessel :
Glass vessel to hold the scrubbing liquid.
Packed Column : Packed column having glass rasching ring pickings provided for effective scrubbing of the gases into liquid.
Heat Exchanger : Coil type heat exchanger with metal hose connection
Circulation Pump : Centrifugal Pump of PVDF MOC
Each scrubber is supplied complete with a sump tank, recirculation pump and recirculation cooler. The Mobile scrubbers are simply connected to other equipment using quick release couplings and flexible hoses
