Pinnacle Flight Case construction

• Flight case can be made from three types of materials, Marine Wood, Plastic Honeycomb Panels OR Plastic Moonbox & Rigidised Aluminium sheets, Internals foam lined with any thickness as per the requirement a Hitlon foam, outer surface of 2mm thick antistatic rubber foam;

• Anodized Double Case maker & Lid/ Base mating Aluminum Sections;

• Recessed Butterfly Imported Locks to lock the flight case,

• Recessed spring loaded flip heavy duty handles with 6/8mm Handle Grip to lift the flight case,

• Corner brackets 15 Micron nickel/ chrome plated as specified

• Ball Corners 15 microns Nickel/ chrome plated

• Avdel Multi grip rivets used in construction fully friction riveted backed by washers

• Castors where used will be mounted on 9/ 18mm running boards secured by SS fasteners and tiger claw nuts

• Swivel Castors of 4 inch Blue non-marking type where specified

• Piano Hinges of Stainless Steel or 15 micron Nickel / chrome plated Strut Hinge cum stay

• 19 inch rack Mounted trays with CNC punched ventilation and fitting holes, Powder Coated where specified.
