In the process industries where Hot Water/Effluent temperature is around 80C, the normal Cooling Towers (CT) need recycling of water in 2/3 stages to bring it down to required temperature of 35C. It consumes great amount of power on pumps and fans, which translates into heavy monetary loss and wastage of precious energy. Our MCS for HTW brings down the temperature of Hot Water from 80C to 35C in just One Stroke! It means great savings in the form of Energy and Time.

Applications

Condensate Cooling : Sugar Factories Effluent Cooling in Paper and other similar industries Heavy Water Plants (Dept. of Atomic Energy) All such industries where High Temperature Water of around 80C is to be cooled down to around Ambient Temperature or even lower.
