(1) This machine has vertical milling head and side milling head, the table is driven by servo motor with wide speed range. It rotates smoothly, which achieves the stepless speed regulation, can meet a variety of milling speed requirements, and it is suitable for roughing and finishing a variety of horizontal plane, inclined plane, vertical combination of rail, etc., it can also be used as a large universal milling machine.

(2) The combine surfaces of both the bed and the table are using strengthened structure and wear proof measures, with good rigidity, wide range of processing , high precision, long life and other characteristics, it is an ideal equipment for large mechanical parts processing , the basic parts of machine tools are all by my company processing and assembly. Quality castings are made of HT250 cast iron, all through thermal aging, VSR secondary aging treatment, fully eliminate the internal stress of the casting.

(3) bed, column, beam rails are all been processed by super audio quenching ; bed and rail are configured of steel shields, and columns are configured of organ shields.

(4) according to usersa needs, special specifics can be customized, we can configure 3-4 power milling heads.
