Key Features
MILLING ROLLERS: two rollers 21 A a dia and 15a face are fitted in the machine. The rollers are made of 90mm dia, 66a long MS Shafts fitted with CI knobs mounted with seasoned shisham wood blocks. The upper roller shift is fitted on heavy lever and lower lever shaft is mounted on heavy duty ball bearing for smooth running. Both rollers are chain driven, having chain gears, and chain on both te sides for having equal revolutions, chain tightening and chain timing cam.
DRIVE: Main rollers are driven through counter shaft and V-Belt pulleys directly connected to electric panel.
